The Opportunity  

Some of Hollywood’s most talented and dynamic artists and leaders have taken steps to address the diversity and inclusion gaps prevalent within the entertainment industry. Through strategic philanthropy and creative programming, the industry is implementing innovations that will lead to system-wide change.  To this effort, Jada Pinkett Smith launched the Careers in Entertainment Initiative to expose high school and college students to career opportunities in front of and behind the camera.
